Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete your order.

If you are having problems entering your postcode/zip code, please make sure you have selected the correct country – then the postcode/zip code field will change accordingly.

If you do not have a postcode just enter 0000.

If you are ordering from the UK once you have selected United Kingdom as your country, VAT will be added to your order. 

We accept credit, debit card and PayPal payments. If you are shopping from outside of the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

If you are shopping from inside the USA please click on the buy in US dollars button.  For all orders we always check the delivery country and send the appropriate format DVD.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us when we have notified you that your order has been dispatched.  We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently underpriced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason.  In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling
Karl Taylor Photography typically ships products using Guernsey Post and Royal Mail. Delivery to the UK takes 2-5 working days, Europe 7 – 10 working days, outside of Europe may take longer but are dispatched by Airmail.

If you wish for a trackable, or Fedex delivery option you may select this upon checkout but an addition fee applies depending upon delivery location.

Cancellations
If you decide to cancel your order before dispatch, please telephone a member of our support team on +44 (0) 1481 724455 and we will refund the full amount to your card within 24 hours.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges
VAT is added for all orders to the UK and is added at checkout stage.

For all other locations your local customs office may apply additional import tax charges upon arrival (we do not personally apply any taxes to orders outside of the UK).

Credit Card Security
All credit card details are handled by our payment service provider SagePay (Protx) or PayPal. All credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. SagePay has achieved the highest level of compliance under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI). SagePay adheres to the most stringent levels of fraud screening, ensuring that your details remain secure throughout this transaction process.

30 Day Guarantee
Each individual DVD comes with a 30 day no quibble guarantee. The guarantee is valid for 30 days. Returned items need to arrive back to Karl Taylor Photography within the 30 days following the date of your order. If returning an item, please ensure plenty of time for delivery. We recommend ‘Signed For’ delivery so that your order can be tracked. Unfortunately we cannot cover the cost of postage of an item that you decide to return to us and we will only honour the guarantee if we receive the item back in good condition.

The guarantee does not cover any special offer deals (this includes our 3 for 2 Course, 4 for 3 Course, The Complete Masterclass Series, Complete Pro Series, both Complete Masterclass Series & Certification deals and the Deluxe Masterclass & Pro Masterclass Package).

Our guarantee is true and is there for the benefit of honest individuals who decide for one reason or another that the training has not helped them to develop their photography skills.

To combat warranty / guarantee abuse, please note the following:
If you order individual products consecutively within the same 30 day period, the guarantee on your previous orders becomes void. By ordering consecutively from our site we have to assume that you were happy with your previous purchase therefore voiding the previous guarantee.

• The ‘Advertising, Product & Still Life’ DVD is not covered by the 30 day guarantee and is non-returnable (unless faulty).
• Your 30 Day Guarantee does cover purchases of up to 2 individual DVDs from the ‘Masterclass Series’ in one order in any given 30 day period.
• The 30 Day Guarantee does cover purchases of up to 1 DVD title from the ‘Pro Masterclass’ titles in any given 30 day period. (Except the Advertising, Product & Still Life DVD).
• Your 30 Day Guarantee does not cover purchases of 3 or more DVDs in a single order for the reasons stated below.

Note: We have a passion for what we do and complete faith in our products, backed up with real testimonials from hundreds of very satisfied customers. Unfortunately though in this world there are those who try to take advantage of, or abuse loopholes and terms put in place for the benefit and protection of honest customers.

Therefore to combat abuse of our guarantee we would like to point out the following: Our ‘Masterclass’ and ‘Pro Masterclass’ series’ are aimed at completely different skill levels of photographer. To fully benefit from our risk free 30 day guarantee, we recommend you test our training by making a purchase suited to your level of training or the desired level you wish to attain. As such our guarantee does not cover those who make a rash purchase of all our products from both series on the assumption that they can all be returned. Thank you for your understanding.
